Sue Dinsdale Ltd was founded following my redundancy from the Kent School Improvement Team. Since then, I have become determined to offer a good quality consultancy service that can be relied upon and meets the individual needs of your School.
I have a reputation for quality, integrity and innovation resulting from many years of building relationships with schools and school professionals based on trust and mutual respect. My collaborative, fresh and determined approach enables me to provide valuable strategic insights and direction to find the best solutions to even the most complex problems.
I have worked in the School environment since 1993. As Admin Support and a Family Liaison Officer I was used to dealing directly with Parents and other stakeholders on a day to day basis. I aquired knowledge of the Extended Schools and Healthy Schools agenda and was instrumental in the development of the Primary Peer Mentoring Scheme.
As a Manager I have managed the FLO Support Services and was the Extended School Development Manager for the Shepway District. As such I successfully took all 56 School to Established status in the QES framework and gained valuable experience in collaborative working and project management.
As a Learning Plus Advisor I have developed Parental Engagement training and audits, delivered a range of projects within Schools and used Coaching and Supervision skills to support a range of staff including Head Teachers and Senior Leaders.
I have a Certificate in Counselling, Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies, Level 3 qualification in supervision and ILM Certificate in Performance Coaching.
With over 20 years experience as a Governor at a Technology College and a Good Primary School I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise with regard to the everyday strategic and operational requirements of a School.
