Coaching and Supervision

School Leadership can often be overwhelming. Coaching and Supervision can create a space within which to think. An independant ear can often help new leaders see the wood for the trees and leads to cleared vision and increased personal well being.

EYFS staff have found my style of supervision useful enabling them to reflect on their practise, identify their strengths and weaknesses and create a better work/life balance.

Family Liason Officers, SENCO's, Heads of School and Pastoral Managers are given the time and space to offload, reflect and create change

I use a mix of counselling, supervision and coaching techniques to ensure that my style of support meets the needs of the individual. My own supervision ensures that the very best practise is maintained and that individuals are referred appropriately if required.
